## Orders and shipping

### How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $5.95 flat, and free on orders over $39. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

### How fast do orders ship?

Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours. Transit is typically two to five business days inside the continental United States.

### Do you ship outside the United States?

Not currently. We ship to all 50 US states.

### How do I track my order?

The shipping confirmation email contains the carrier tracking link, sent as soon as the label is created. Past orders are also listed in your account.

## Payment

### What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, processed through Authorize.net, and PayPal. Card details are sent directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers.

### Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account gets you order history, saved addresses and faster repeat checkout.

## Returns

### What is your return policy?

Unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Anything damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, we make right regardless.

### How long does a refund take?

5–10 business days after your return arrives and is inspected, back to the original payment method.

## Products

### Where are your supplements made?

They are formulated in Europe to European manufacturing protocols and comply with FDA regulations for sale in the United States.

### Are your products third-party tested?

Each product is tested against European manufacturing protocols before release, and labels state actual doses rather than hiding them inside a proprietary blend.

### Which supplement should I take for building muscle?

Protein first, then creatine — those two carry the most evidence for adding muscle. Pre-workout and BCAA are training-quality add-ons, not replacements for either.

### Are these statements evaluated by the FDA?

No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
