Returns & Refunds
If something is not right, tell us. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unopened and in its original packaging.
What can be returned
- Unopened product, unopened and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery
- Anything that arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered — no time limit games, just tell us quickly
Opened supplements cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a problem with the product itself. If a product is faulty, we want to know — email us before sending anything back.
How to start a return
- Email orders@muscle-nutrition.us with your order number and what you would like to return
- We reply with a return address and instructions
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back
Return shipping
If the return is because of our mistake — wrong item, damaged in transit, defective product — we cover the return shipping and the replacement. For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping is yours to pay and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card issuers and PayPal add their own processing time on top of that.
