Rates

• Orders over $39: free shipping
• Orders under $39: $5.95 flat rate, no matter how many items

The rate is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there is never a surprise added later.

Handling and delivery time

Orders placed on a business day normally ship within 24 hours. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and your distance from the warehouse — typically two to five business days within the continental United States.

Tracking

You get two emails: a confirmation when you order, and a shipping notification with the carrier tracking link the moment the label is created. If the shipping email has not arrived within two business days, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost, delayed or undeliverable packages

If tracking stops updating for more than five business days, email us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. Packages returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address are re-shipped once the address is corrected; the second shipping charge is at cost.
