Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy from muscle-nutrition.us. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order is flagged as fraudulent — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Stock levels shown are our best current figure and are not a guarantee of availability. Sales tax is added where we have a tax obligation, and is shown at checkout.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Authorize.net or PayPal. By ordering you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery and risk
We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Returns are covered by our returns policy.
Product use and health disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use, follow the stated serving, and talk to a doctor before starting any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
The Muscle Nutrition name, logo, product names, photography and page content belong to Muscle Nutrition. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
